CHAMPVA — health coverage for dependents

CHAMPVA (Civilian Health and Medical Program of the VA) provides health coverage for spouses and dependent children of veterans who are permanently and totally disabled (P&T) due to service-connected conditions, or who died from service-connected conditions, or who died on active duty.

• No premium. Annual deductible and cost-share apply.
• Apply via VA Form 10-10d
• Eligibility requires P&T designation
